Put all the pieces together when you think food: People is just a part of the whole deal. Need right latitude, right soil, sun, water, logistics, extremely complex thing. Not the kind of thing a 18 year old Filipino or Indian can do in a cubicle typing in fields in a computer screen. You get millions to do the easy thing, such as IT. You don;t get anyone to to do the hard stuff. You need to sneak accross borders to get people to do that. Locals shun that.
