cpreacher - It's a shame that you don't know the answers to your own questions. Perhaps if you reviewed the post on SI from March 2007 to present, assuming you are intuitive, you should be able to find all the information you claim you want to know. Being unable to purchase additional shares does not mean that I would not purchase additional shares ( I would gladly buy all the outstanding shares if were able ). Do some DD and perhaps somehow you will have an enlightened moment, then eureka, you will know what to do!!! A mind is a wonderful thing ( If you use it ).
