You think there's no waiting lists in the USA, you're sorely WRONG! There's also beaurocratic and deliberate stonewalling by your illustrious insurance companies in approving payment for treatments. That's well known. There have been many cases of deaths in the USA due to lack of care because of coverage denial. It happens every day bub. Let's also discuss copayments, deductables and coverage caps. It ends up being VERY expensive for the buyer. You listen too much to that ideological crap that's shoved down your collective throats by the insurance and drug company lobbyists.
