One of the last things in a candidate I'd look for... Could very well be the case but the point is about the broader population in general. Maybe it is an invalid theory and there are other reasons that people like Kerry and Romney are unable to connect as POTUS candidates. I'm amazed by all the "People in New Hampshire, South Carolina, Florida, etc. didn't pick my guy and now the sky is falling and the future is all black and cold" type of thinking. Everything is going to be okay.
