there are 2 buckets, both hold infinite capacity, one has a lot stuff in it, the other has just a little bit at the bottom. even if you double what's ever been in the 2nd bucket at its most full, it's still not even a fraction of what's in the first. what's in the first bucket can be and has been growing at an extraordinary rate and requires no cost or effort to keep growing as long as it stays in its own bucket. what's in the 2nd bucket needs much labor and much stuff from the first bucket in order to make it grow, though the stuff from the first bucket is only free if you add it to the 1st bucket. both items can be substituted for each other in all other instances for which they can be used. which item do you want to own?
