rruff...China also having trouble with their mines due to weather...coal looks good for some time to come.....

Coal; China has lowest reserves ever and is experiencing huge coal transport problems due to continuing severe winter weather and storms, is experiencing large outages on coal fired electrical generation(shortfall is almost equal to Britains entire electrical capacity, and has shut down all export of coal from china. Australia also having production problems.
