How could ACII be the low cost producer while including LACC? Doesn't make sense. Rather, how does this sound?:

1. LACC is the goal and that's the primary reason the big 3 and ACII are working together

2. First ACII has to prove they can produce the part the way the auto's want it. This is what these orders are for.

3. Once #2 is completed to the auto's satisfaction the auto's can agree to ACII applying the LACC process too.

Conclusion. The fact that they are getting orders is good news for LACC, but they are still in the non-LACC machining mode. If they weren't LACC revs would be announced.
