No it wouldn't. I have a small corp. This state has corporate property tax, I have to send in 300$ to file the form, which my acct. fills out. That's like you paying the feds 300 to file your 1040 EZ form. I have to file a 'what do I do with my trash form' I have to count every bottle or caN MY EMPLOYEES USE AND TELL THE GOV WHAT I DO WITH THEM, HOW MANY PIECES OF MAIL I GET A DAY ? WHO KNOWS THAT. Sry about caps. How many pieces of paper I use a day and what happens to them. The form is like 10 pages and takes a while to do. I guess they will charge me to fill it out in the future. I could go on and on about other crap the gov makes me do. The politicians just use the corps to get revenues because everyone hates the evil corps. If I was bigger I would leave the country also, I don't blame them one bit. McGovern tried to start a restaurant , after a while he gave up, to many regulations.
