You keep it, but can only use it for campaigning. Like when the Kennedys go to the swiss alps to ski , they make sure to ask one swiss that if they ever became a US Citizen would they vote for them. Then they are covered.

You can keep the soft money, and this is the ONLY reason that scoundrel john "the Breck girl" edwards was still in the running until today, because he needed to raise enough money to build another 36,000 square foot wing to his new home, his whole life is a scam, and now he's treating the Presidential race as a scam on his supporters... he's holding back on his endorsement while hoping obama or the hildabeest offers him a VP deal... he'll give them his supporters, but he'll keep the money...
