I've seen some real scenes. I remember one in particular at the NWA counter in MSP. This guy got to the airport late and missed his flight and was enraged that they couldn't get him on a flight before 3 in the afternoon. I'm next in line and the guy turns around screaming in my general direction that he was getting no help at all. I very quietly said and your not going to get any either. He glared at me and said what did you say and I said your not going to get any help either. And he said why is that. And I said because your acting like an f-ing asshole and people generally don't give a lot of effort to help f-ing assholes. His jaw was laying on the ground as he glared at me and I smiled and said hey, she'd have told you that herself but she's to polite. About 5 folks behind me all started clapping and the guy slunk off:)
