3 Below? Where did you get that? And with this Q's anemic .6% rise in GDP he's headed for second worst, the same as he ranks by Nominal GDP.

And then there's the S&P which is down for his presidency. And federal revenue which is also way behind other President's performance. And job creation. And the debt. He's been a fiscal failure who's presided over a substandard economy.
