You are comparing a call of a short squeeze of homebuilders to a long term inflation cycle that will last a decade or more? We are in recession so I would expect some pressure on commodities especially from the collapse of home construction but so far relatively mild at best. What is copper, wheat, oil or gold up the past couple of years?
