KT,

By the way I can expand on these medicaid scams.

I work with people that have part time jobs making decent money (some of it is cash tips). They have little or no savings because they live the maximum lifestyle they can afford on their earnings.

They don't want to work more hours, take a second job, or cut their lifestyle to buy healthcare for themselves (I pay 10K a year for myself). So they use emergency rooms instead. However, at least a couple manipulate their work schedules to keep their income down at certain times. That way they can meet the standards for Medicaid. Once they have requalified, they pick up their work schedule again and make more money. I do not understand the details well enough to know exactly how they pull this off, but they qualify even though on an annual basis they are making more than the maximum.

And capitalism gives failed CEOs $100 million separation packages while taxpayers are bailing out their cos. The solution to stupidity and criminal activity is to find the perps and punish them. It has nothing to do with capitalism or socialism, or, the right solution, a mixed economy.
