Looks like McCain needs to champion such an amendment.

This would seal the votes of Americans of all political persuasions that want the illegal immigration stopped----as well as stopping of giving $ to illegal aliens.

This is a clear cut opportunity for McCain to prove he can change.

I was listening to the Senate Committee, it was noted that the possibility of illegals getting funds had been noted by the House.

This was the Senate Committee not the full Senate.
