While I would be happy with Guilianni as VP, I'm not sure if he would rather do that or rather go back to making money. I suspect that many people would think of Guilianni as too similar to McCain and would rather have McCain take somebody seen as more right-wing.
If he would take it, IMO, Guilianni would be an ideal Attorney General.

Oh, that'd really fly well with the base.

"I'm for illegal immigration" McCain and "I'm Pro-Choice" Rudy.
