if there was an interest to feed everyone Naw not a strong interest... but if the more people with more money idea is right it will require more food production.. and prices will stay high until production catches up.. no peak food.. unless some unforeseen global calamity hits.. (can't worry about bolides :O)

so again I like fertiliser.. crop production in China and India is hugely inefficient compared to the US and will be stepped up.. Folks have been starving in Africa since I was a kid (I'm 51 now, finish your supper, think of those starving children in Africa...)... They will likely still be starving when I'm dead... Right now it's another big demographic bulge I'm watching, like us ( T T Talkin' 'bout my generation) ...
