During the past year, this primary season has had many twists and turn so no one can possibly predict how its going to turn out. That's why I go by what is happening today. And today tells me that against McCain, Obama is the stronger candidate. And I have a feeling, inspite of what you say, public opinion of Hillary is taking a slow turn south. Nope, I stand by everything I said. McCain is winning because somebody has to win on the Republican side... they all suck. He won by a few points, but if Romney had gotten a couple more points, he would've been in McCain's position. Both candidates are broke. McCain even had to take a loan out against the value of his e-mail list in order to stay in the race, and, because he's so old, they made him take out a life insurance policy to get the loan. Ron Paul raised more money than either McCain or Romney in the fourth quarter of 2007. In the meantime, Hillary outraised Obama in the fourth quarter and remains the frontrunner, even if it's getting closer. The polls look pretty good for her on Super Tuesday. I think Obama's gains are much more based on his strengths than Hillary's weaknesses. Her supporters have their opinions set in stone and aren't reading the blogs or the press to look to have their opinions changed. I'm leaning Obama right now, but I'm not making my final decision until Monday. I've been reading both of the candidates' websites and evaluating them on my blog, and we'll see what I decide. Regardless, we're gonna shellack the Republicans in November, no matter who the parties nominate. I'd put a thousand dollars on a Dem President in 2009. -Z
