Yes, if Brazilians want to save them.Maybe they could get some ideas from the Finns.They have a very successful forest industry their forests now larger by a third, since WW2.
The Finns paid themselves by putting brainpower and self interest to work on the problem of depleting forest resources not looking for international handouts.
