You're probably right on the delay, I was thinking it kicked in in 2008.

I believe as with everything with this ADMINISTRATION.it was tossed out the window...Never has a country seen such incompotence in every area of governence. Strong Dollar, Strong Economy, Record Jobs, Record home Ownership, Yada Yada....All they want is no Recession cause daddy had one......All this ADMIN accomplished was the destruction of the middle class, which was what this country was all about...Without the middle class, it will always seem as we are in a recession, because of the loss of buying power. The rich get a Trillion Dollar tax cut, the Masses may get a $150 bil. Tax rebate, and all you hear is the Pundits saying it is no good as the poor wont spend it give it to the rich. i.e. "KUDLOW on CNBC" This country needs a prayer......IMHO
