truthseeker, I didn't say anything. The transcripts reveal that the judge apparently, like myself, felt Tony's dealings with Mother Teresa were "murky".

As you posted Elgindys efforts where to help Kosovo refugees and not support terrorism.

And, FTR, let's be clear. They were "Albanian refugees", KLA jihad terrorists and their families, not "Kosovo refugees". Mother Teresa turned away all other ethnic groups in the region. Mother Teresa only "aided" Muslims who would swear to be "stricter Muslims", jihadists.

Here are the "refugees" that Tony "aided",

oh good, you brought up the subject of fane lozman which i originally wanted to do yesterday. do tell, what are the personal difficulties tony made mention of about lozman? was it fane lozman who traveled with him to macedonia? tonys 'travel' post was also about how he had never known lozman before and he was a stranger but less that 6 months later he is accusing him and others of (and i quote) "assocaited themselves with me and when it became obvious that they werent going to be able to ride my coattails for their own benefit, they found an audiience by attacking my own humanity and picking at my weaknesses and flaws, and usually did it with a smile on their face." then a few years later, to be exact 9/11/2003 tony posted his 9/11/2001 site chat log here on silicon investor. after one log entry tony made an accusation that lozman etc. was in violation of Federal Law 1001, do you know what he meant? isn't fane lozman a self-made millionaire who doesn't need to ride on anyones coattails?
lma(zz)o have you seen the infamous video tape tony claimed to have made while giving money away in the camps?

... traveled to Macedonia with two individuals I had met on the internet, Mr.
Lozman
and Ms. Anna Memetaj, who had relatives who lived in Kosovo and had
become refugees. I had never met either of these individuals prior to our
departure.

I had personal difficulties and disagreements with Mr. Lozman early on in
the trip, and Ms. Memataj asked him to leave several times. Ultimately he
left Macedonia about a week before I did. I took special care not to tell
him about what I was doing and to avoid him nearly all the time we were
there. I did not show him the money I was carrying. There was no reason
for me to do so, and it would have been ludicrous, given the fact that I had never known him before and he was a strangr and considering our differences

...Fourth, the Court should reject the government’s attempts to undermine Mr. Elgindy’s extraordinary humanitarian efforts on behalf of Kosovar refugees. As the Texas sentencing transcript shows, the only facts disputed there with respect to Kosovar refugees were the exact amounts of cash that Mr. Elgindy had handed out to refugees during his trip to Kosovo, and whether a claimed $48,000 contribution to the Mother Teresa society had instead been distributed to needy refugees in California. (See Texas Tr. 55-84, 100-105.) Moreover, Mr. Elgindy’s only “accusers” at the Texas sentencing proceeding in connection with these collateral financial issues were two individuals whose names are familiar to this Court – Fane Lozman and ...
