With the way the economy is going, anybody buying properties today better be buying at slum lord prices. I am sure that there is going to be huge opportunities out there (like with any crashed market), but to a noob like me it still feels too soon. Of course, if you know what you are doing, I am sure you can make money cherry picking no matter the general market direction. IMHO

Great control too and best inflation hedge in property bought right..boggles my mind folks who dabble in the stock market think they are 'safe'..they should have the greatest understanding of risk tolerance of all..I have an old business partner of mine in the title biz with time on his hands lately who apparently got decimated in solar stocks on this latest downturn having made a killing on the way up late 2007 and actually averaging up with leverage..cost him a fortune
