Where did you first encounter that idea?

I disliked Bush from 2000 for that reason alone - dad's son should get power unless he is so incredibly amazing that his talent overshadows his birthname, GB was obviously not in that league and got the Republican annointment from the beginning for one reason - his dad. I voted Kerry for that reason alone, and I'll certainly vote against Hillary and in favor of Guiliani or Huckabee or anyone for that reason alone.
