Sorry, but you can remember most conversions from SI to SI without looking them up. In fact the names of the units often tell you how. That isn't true if, like me you have to brush up on SI, but it was a lot easier when in school. I still get the conversions between number of lbs per gallon for water density and how many gallons per cubit foot confused. I used to have the numbers memorized, but would get those two mixed up.
