Oral, the insane thing is Arnold just finished trying to get a Kalifornia state healthcare plan identical to Clintons plan and it was solidly thrashed by the legislature. If it can't be passed in Ka. what could possess someone to think that they could nationally or indeed knowing the cost, that a majority of Americans would want it?
