Global warming also causes extra energy to be used to move the small mass. Did you see Global Warming is covering China in snow? Global warming is also causing murder in NZ according to a government minister a couple of days ago.

I am not sure what you are trying to say. One newton of force to move an object one meter is the same work no matter. Perhaps you are trying to say if I push an object of X weight with y force then it will move x distance. Then if I reduce friction I can say move the object X * Friction reduction * x distance. The work would be reduced by the amount of friction reduction.
