I think that JK Acquisition has until April 10 to obtain shareholder approval for a transaction. Very doubtful. Not only would they have to identify a new candidate and negotiate the deal, they would have to file new proxy materials and get SEC approval. Can the SEC move that fast?

The Multi-Shot deal was first announced on September 7, 2006.
