I've been reading your stuff for a while and I try to understand much of what you say and write off most, if not all of it, as something I can't comment on because I don't have the data. But, what you said in your last reply just can't be right. Big risks will not be carried by individual corporations, especially if it's disruptive(i.e. - eats their own lunch). There's nothing sinister about this as they have a responsibility to their shareholders.

The responsibility of government is to look after the greater good, or maybe better stated, is to look after more strategic interests. This is totally socialistic, but it works. And if you don't think that the payback for the things that Mike mentioned weren't paid back in spades, then you are sorely, sorely misinformed.

Craig
