Bush on Monday will present his proposed budget for the new fiscal year to Congress, where it's unlikely to gain much traction in the midst of a presidential campaign. The president has promised a plan that would erase the budget deficit by 2012 if his policies are followed.

I always knew he was keeping that balanced budget plan top secret, for use in just such emergencies...

When the trend is your friend, keep it and support it and nurture it!

It is prudent to dynamically balance the foreign cash reserve, I shrug off when people propose to dump China's US FRN$ reserve. Although its intrinsic value is not known, its usage value is hard to estimate, fits perfectly with Carl Marx's theory about intrinsic value and usage value.
