according to my pen pal who does not use capitalization, and i quote, the question 'what happens with gold when the dollar bounces' is being answered today. there must be a lot of specs that have been using gold as an 'anti-dollar' bet. as i suspected, they sell first and ask questions later. this initial reaction may be subject to a reassessment later, but as has been pointed out to me, gold has even made it to page one of the Wall Street Journal yesterday.
