Made a terrific deep fried chicken dish:

Soaked chicken parts in Italian dressing for 6 hours. Then added egg to the dressing with some flour, corn starch, beer, paprika and pepper for a batter. Dipped the drained chicken parts first in flour, then in the batter and then in Panko bread crumbs with Italian seasoning in them and then fried the parts in a fryer at 325 until done. Note, the thicker pieces will take longer to cook than the thin ones.

My wife and I gobbled them down and is asking for more tonight - only one fried chicken breast leftover so we will slice it for a couple of sandwiches.
