Great..............wish I could say the same, but working on it and as soon as we sell some real estate we'll also be debt free. Which we were 5 yrs ago until we started buying real estate. We love real estate investment for long term growth. The piece we're trying to sell has doubled in the 2 yrs we've owned it. We're not lowering our price and don't have to sell, so if we do fine, if we don't fine. It will do nothing but increase in value.
