Been thinking about this. One bullish alternate could be that the two down shots which are part of your "b" may themselves, in fact, represent an ABC (running) correction. The next meaningful Resistance would be the Nov low, about 10 points away (commented about it on the wiggle thread). Going above the Nov low would eliminate the current rally as a contender for W4 from Oct top.
