Do they tax motorists to finance those projects? My son claims that the Portland MAX and other non-auto projects are financed by tax dollars they get from gasoline.

After paying thousands in gasoline taxes and vehicle taxes you'd think Locke could have built more than 11 miles of road in the 8 years he was gov, but no...................it went the way of crouching tiger/hidden dragon. You'd also think the taxpayers would have had enough by now. We're all sheep.
