LB, I had been taking LEF's Super Ubiquinol, then switched to Swanson's ubiquinol. (LEF research has proven that the CoQ10 form of ubiquinol is more effectively absorbed that ubiquinone.) Anyway, after I had switched, I noticed some aching muscles and one morning awoke with cramps in my legs. I doubled the ubiquinol dose and subsequently returned to LEF.

I cannot urge anyone enough to take ubiquinol. A man I know, diagnosed with months to live with pancreatic cancer, not only survived but is tested 3 times a year at MD Anderson (heart, hair, etc.) and is healthier than ever. He told me if he could only take 1 supplement ever, it would be CoQ10.
