Societies come apart at the seams when the haves and have not ratio, gets too far out of wack.

Perhaps, but that statement isn't very relevant to modern American society.

The have nots biggest health problem in America is obesity.

The have nots in America aren't denied health care. We have a health care plan aimed at them - Medicaid.

The people who don't have health insurance in the US are mostly people who have to much to meet the have-not requirments. They are not denied health care though. They go to emergency tooms, wait a few hours and are treated and sent a bill they frequently can't and don't pay.
