Freescale had their quarterly conference call last week. investors.freescale.com I cant believe that Motorola signed a contractual agreement with Freescale that guaranteed volumes 3 years after the spin. I certainly hope that a $500 million payment would be enough to release them from any more of those kind of commitments. BTW, according to Freescale, Motorola's new platform should be out by the end of the summer. I still dont understand why Motorola would be looking at a spin if that really is the case. Slacker
