I always thought conventional wisdom was the right wing wanted to run against Hillary with her high negatives?

I have watched the CNN analysts during several primaries because they have a good range of Washington veterans. You can tell by their body language, facial expressions and tone that they are genuinely impressed by Obama - to the point where they probably lose some objectivity.

These are folks who have seen hundreds of politicians come and go. They can't help but analyze Hillary as a tactical pol and Obama as a charismatic candidate. The end result is they don't have much inspiring to say about Hillary.

and the media is dead set against Hillary.

Because the media is against her is not a reason to vote for her.
