“I want to reassure our shareholders, employees and customers that this notice from NASDAQ is strictly due to the stock price and we expect to avoid delisting...." Well, its been 6 weeks since this statement was released. The stock needs at least another 15% improvement to get back over the $1 mark. Most of the news has been relatively positive and considering the weak stock market, the stock has been performing decently. The company still needs to do something more (then we've already seen) to reassure the market. The sloth's slow movements are not enough, imo, but there is plenty of time to create more of an interest in this company before the deadline starts to loom heavy on the horizon.
