cpreacher - See SEC Rulings - all shares purchased thru the company and purchased from an insider carry a restriction. Restriction time is 2 years from unreporting company ( Changes this month on reporting companies - 6 months if individual is not an insider ), SEC is hoping that the reduction from 2 yrs. to 6 months will make it easier for smaller companies to get cash more easily and also come into the "light" by becoming a reporting company, and help grow the U.S. economy. As far as new money, if interested, let me know. If & when needed, I will let you know.
