Remember in the Fall of 1990 we had actually just started the crash in California home prices that lasted a good five years.. Commercial RE nationwide was bad for a good 3+ years too..

So I see Ira bought a bunch of HOV which has gone up a stunning 184% off the recent bottom,,this one I thought for sure is going under

confusing times if you are 'playing' stocks today

Didn't Jim Rogers just leave the US for Singapore. I wonder if he took his assets offshore?
