I think we should return to the 91% top marginal rate, at least until we're running America in the black. Of course THEN, wealthy Americans were also patriotic Americans. Now, they're Republicans. truthandpolitics.org The people that would be paying it can EASILY get by on 9% of their incomes, and still live like a wealthy person. How much lucre does a person NEED?
