what is interesting about thetruthseeker going on about a $5k donation made by tony to Mercy is he in my opinion is actually hurting tonys cause by contradicting the approach taken in tonys appeal with his loonspeak. the defense is having a hard time with the fact the judge didn't have the jury disregard a fbi report and the source of that report. what i gather from the appeal is there is part where the defense is making claim that there isn't proof that tony donated a nickle! lma(zz)o oh wouldn't it be grand if the muzzle were to be removed from the govt to allow them to show what they've got?
