The answer is no to most of your questions, but not the ones that are truly important. I get the good fats from salmon and walnuts Eggland's best eggs and supplement with fish oil capsules. I don't think I ever have more than 35 grams of protein at a meal. That's like a one pound steak. I don't know what blocks are adn really don't care. I get lots of fruits and veggies, but get a lot of carbs from whole grains, too.

My problem is never been what I eat. It's how much.
