Your MRI bill could be a good way to start an anti-trust law suit with both insurance company and testing lab as defendants.

Joe, You can't sue unless you've been harmed. And I benefited. The people that get screwed are the people without the resources (and probably the knowledge) to sue. Plus they are going up against the deep pocket insurance companies with armies of lawyers on retainer and their expensive delay tactics.

That said I think there are class action suits pending on this very subject.
