i can't get this picture out of my head. I was driving through a nice neighborhood yesterday looking for a house for sale. There was a house with trash all over the yard and a big hole in the garage & window. I was like. Holy Shlt! It looked like somebody shot the house w/ a rocket launcher. :(

Please, I gotta know, in what City/State was the neighborhood?

The word "konjunktur" is one of the economics words I have heard most during my life. Recently I heard some American guy tell about "the theory about economic cycles".

After some simple investigations, it seems to me that this concept is less known in USA than in Europe. The news volume chart in this one seems to confirm it:

Do you guys agree to that? I wonder if an official U.S. recession will be a kind of wake-up call to some people.
