Hi Mike,
Read somewhere this weekend that the EU's trade deficit with China is expected to exceed the US's in 2008. This really isn't much of surprise, as how in the heck can an economic compete when it takes two months off a year?

It looks like the US financials are going to go back down. The rest of the market could hold up relatively well but would soon follows. (Hey, I started writing this before the market opened.)

For foreign I'd bet that the Asian markets eventually decouple. I wouldn't put money into China but Japan could be good. What do you think of JOF these days?
