And work toward ending all foreign aid. Leaving us with an extra few billion dollars here at home.

Smaller, less intrusive central government is smaller less intrusive central government.

(REGARDLESS of what labels someone would prefer to apply to themselves....)

While Bigger Government remains Bigger Government. (Kind of obviates the need to 'define' anything, or 'parse' the language. Smaller remains smaller... regardless.)
