I remember that time period of US history. Now is not then. That's not to say that something similar couldn't erupt at some point in time but that time is not now. We're nowhere near the tipping point, IMO.

The Watts Riots where before I was born, also before the majority of Americans where born.

Even the riots after acquittal in Rodney King case where almost 16 years ago, and more related to local police brutality (real and perceived) than to some national sense that the "haves" are taking everything away from the "have nots". Certainly they where not about health care insurance.
