Of course not, it's Stevens County.

(I'm not sure what kind of character defect one must have to consider it ok to allow one's dog to crap on another person's property. I'd be inclined to follow her and findd out where she lives, and deposit a bag with her dog crap on her porch every time it happens).

LOL! I don't think she had control over her dog's alimentary schedule any more than she had control over which parts of her body lapped over her tank top..
