I didn't claim it was a trick by the providers. I claimed it was a fallacy by you. Your datum is irrelevant, ergo it doesn't prove anything. Simple logic: you claimed that an uninsured person PAYS five times the insured rate but what you have offered as proof is what is BILLED, not what is PAID. They are not necessarily the same. They likely are not the same. You can't substitute A for B unless A equals B. You tried first to pass A off as B, then later to claim them equal. Doesn't work. Doesn't work as logic. Logic trumps ideology when claiming proof.
